Bought cami pro 1 ton indoor unit with 1 year warranty. Remote gone within 6 months, no intention to give the replacement, had purchased remote outside poor service and never recommend for another purchase. Poor brand camipro. It's remote is very useless. It is best buy a new brand of AC instead of replacement only indoor unit like camipro, because ultimately the cost of buying the indoor and fixing cost and refill the gas that comes to 18k but you will get brand new AC at 25k and finally it was not working with in 6 months, now I am realising the purchase decision was wrong and you need to chase the seller for litterlly begging for replacement and the seller agree to give replacement with serial number only and agree to find the my the bill and but after 2 months the final answer that received fault remote will be replaced with only bill. (It is manual bill I lost it). Because seller is so busy so that he doesn't have to find bill and denied replacement. I really regret that not for receiving new replacement of remote but the promise broken is really bad and hurt, here is review about how the hope and honesty is broken in business and respecting customer situation.
