Response is not at all good, no talking manners with customers, recently gave one pure silk dothi and kurtha for dry wash to his wife, and took delivery today, and while taking delivery of my dress i gave another pair of kurtha and dothi for dry wash, he charged 480/- when i asked why is the additional amount charged extra when both the dresses are same? he recklessly gave answer and denied to do wash for my dress. And also blamed his wife for not charging me extra for earlier dress. I dont understand when both wife and husband running business aren't they aware of the prices. Totally disappointed with their services and would never refer or turn back to their shop again. While running a business basic thing is we need to have a good customer relationship, which i haven’t noticed there

I have been giving chlothes for 5 years and they do iron and washing very well

Dyeing the clothing ,dry cleaning is perfect and so happy for the service must visit the store again.

Extremely Disappointing and Untrustworthy Service I contacted this dry cleaner in advance to ask if they could handle an urgent order, and they confirmed that they could. Based on that assurance, I sent my clothes, including a very special shirt. When I received the order back, that shirt had been completely ruined, its color had changed entirely. After I raised the issue, they asked me to send the entire set back for correction, which I did immediately. It has now been over 10 days, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress, no resolution, and no accountability. Worse, they have stopped answering my calls altogether. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others not to trust them with valuable or important clothing.

The staff at Balus Modern Dry Cleaners are very polite and customer-friendly 👍 They greet with a smile and handle every garment carefully. I feel comfortable leaving my clothes with them because they explain everything clearly. Clothes always come back clean and fresh, and the prices are affordable. I am very happy with their service and recommend them to everyone.
