Manager is young and really helpful but few male staff members are not co operating ! Worst experience this time ! I an 9th month pregnant trying to talk with them , one of them attended my 7th call but dint gave full information and hang up just like that ! I am requesting manager to take some steps for those who are no more capable for their responsibilities !
The staff's behaviour is good and they will surely give their best to help you. But the premise is not, it's very dirty and filthy with no AC in customer area.

Worst banking experience ever. The staff is extremely unprofessional and careless. No one gives proper guidance, and every simple task turns into hours of waiting, excuses, and unnecessary paperwork. Customer service feels like nobody actually wants to help. I regret choosing this bank — completely unreliable and frustrating.
