Worst service, they don’t even answer the call and charge too high

Worst service ever I have experience of Shela courier service Ahmedabad Non supportive staff No time management No proper answers provided by them

Very bad service.. initially they inform and ask me to pickup the parcel after that I have called the sender that I have paid shipping charges for home delivery not for pickup delivery then they came and deliver.

Prepare to have restless nights if you are going to booking courier through this service provider. No one take call nor respond in helpful manner when visit thier shop for tracking a package. Instead they blame other branch managers stating it's thier mistake to vookgn coueir wrongly. Wasted 6 days sucessfuly without any positive revert. Strictly avoid!

This experience was truly ridiculous and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer convenience and the nature of the shipped goods. ​I sent a time-sensitive, perishable item from Ahmedabad to my relative in Savarkundla, trusting that a professional courier service would handle the delivery responsibly. The service was paid for as a door-to-door delivery, meaning the expectation was clear: the package would be delivered to the specified address. ​Instead of fulfilling their core duty, the local delivery man in Savarkundla simply sent a message demanding that my relative come to their office to pick up the parcel. This is not only grossly unprofessional but entirely unacceptable, particularly for an item that will spoil if it is not delivered promptly and correctly. Why should a customer pay for a delivery service only to be forced to complete the last mile themselves? ​The service provided here is essentially worthless. This is a fundamental failure of logistics and customer service. Shree Tirupati Courier needs to understand that when a perishable item is delayed or forced to be collected manually, it results in the spoilage of the contents and a tremendous inconvenience to the customer. I strongly advise against using this service, especially for sensitive or urgent shipments.
