1st time I sent a package it was delivered successfully to the destination, but second time the package was not delivered to the destination but they said it was delivered, and I contacted to destination dtdc branch they said to collect the package from them when they are available , third time and anytime I wont recommend this DTDC to anyone, I prefer blue dart and professional
Very lazy, unprofessional behaviour, staffs are very rude
No response always delay in delivery. Better not to choose DTDC. Especially this office is with lazy or unprofessional people
Really , I don't get the logic of DTDC service, when i asked to do a shipment from Bangalore to Anantapur. Which is around 200km. DTDC saying cutoff time they added in to vijayawada vehicle which is 800km from BNG and again 300km back to Anantapur. Total 1200 km in a place of 200 km. They are wasting customers time and trust. ... I felt professional couriers are far better then DTDC Pathetic service and pathetic way of handling the customers
One of the worst and useless courier service center.they just wast customer time.
