This is the best place to clean your clothes
Alteration service is very unprofessional.
worse place. clothes have often got burnt or stained
The staff from this shop robs off branded t shirts, jeans and kurtas. We used to give him clothes on daily basis for ironing. My husband is very fond of branded clothes. His new and very expensive clothes started disappearing slowly. At times, one at times 2. It was only after 2 to 3 yrs of this menace we realised that the clothes are not coming back from Laundary. My maids were not counting and giving him clothes. That’s where his boys started picking up our clothes. When confronted, he started shouting and straight away said that he is not responsible for any theft.
Extremely disappointing and stressful experience. In September 2025, I handed over an expensive saree along with its blouse to Eagle Dry Cleaners for dry cleaning. The saree was particularly special as it belonged to my mother and held significant sentimental value. After several months of follow-up, I was informed that the saree had been lost. What was most disappointing was the casual manner in which such a serious issue was handled. We spent considerable time chasing updates, but there was little sense of urgency or accountability. Eventually, compensation was offered and transferred to us, although the amount was significantly lower than the saree's actual value. Having lost hope of ever recovering the saree, we accepted the situation and moved on. To our surprise, nearly nine months later, we started receiving calls claiming that the saree had suddenly been found and asking us to return the compensation amount and collect the saree. By then, the matter had long been closed from our perspective. What I found most astonishing was that after losing a customer's saree, compensating us for the loss, and then resurfacing nine months later claiming the saree had been found, Mr. Kamlesh had the audacity to involve the police when we refused to accept the saree back and reverse a matter that had long been closed from our perspective. We fully cooperated with the authorities, after which no further action was required from our side. Losing a customer's garment is unfortunate. However, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and sensitivity shown throughout this entire episode turned what should have been a straightforward resolution into months of frustration and stress. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise customers to exercise extreme caution when entrusting expensive, designer, branded, or sentimental garments to this establishment.
