I would like to share my experience in the hope that it helps improve services. During every visit to the hospital, we have had to wait for nearly 3 hours, and I have personally faced this issue on three different occasions. Although appointments are scheduled for a specific time, the actual consultation often happens much later, making it difficult to plan the day. Long waiting hours can be especially challenging for patients who are unwell, elderly, or pregnant women, for whom extended waiting can be uncomfortable and stressful. It would be helpful if appointment schedules were managed more efficiently or if patients were informed in advance about any delays. Improving waiting time management would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.

Worst hospital we have seen. We have paid 800rs consultation to meet senior doctor but after going to hospital they have not given chance to meet senior doctor instead they have diverted to team doctor. Then why to take fees for senior doctor this is really cheating and worst experience . And there is no proper process to talk with patients . Simply they are seeing for name sake. I strongly recommend not to visit & waste your money.

Very bad experience at JJ Hospital. Even if you take an appointment, it is completely useless. Patients are forced to wait for hours. If your appointment is at 1 PM, you still need to come around 11 AM and wait for a long time. There is no proper time management. The staff collect patient files and make everyone wait without giving clear information about when the doctor will see you. Patients keep waiting for hours without knowing when their turn will come. Also, the senior doctor who sees patients during the morning hours treats patients very rudely and speaks in a disrespectful manner. This is very disappointing because patients come to a hospital expecting care and understanding. Overall, very poor management and a bad patient experience. I would not recommend this hospital.

Very poor hospitality lack of doctors. They just make the patient's to wait for hours and hours. Very commerical before 2 years maintainance and doctors were good but now days they are making the patient's to wait and be tensed more and more about they treatment and reports. Very less doctors and nurses are available in the hospital not up to the mark of requirement.
