Wow, I can't say enough good things about! They are the pros. From the second I rolled in with my scooty, they treated me like family. The team here knows their stuff inside and out, and they're genuinely passionate about keeping your ride in tip-top shape. Not only did they fix my issue quickly, but they also took the time to explain everything in plain. Plus, the prices were totally reasonable. If you want peace of mind and A+ service for your scooty, this is the place to go. Big thanks to the whole crew!

Very bad experience. I went for basic work (oil change, filter change, chain tightening, air filter clean) with my own spare parts, yet was charged ₹550 for labor. When I asked for a breakdown, the staff was rude and couldn’t explain anything, just said “give whatever you want.” Ended up paying ₹350, which is still high for such simple work. Not recommended due to rude behavior and unclear pricing.

Beware of this particular shop!! Gave my bike to their newbie worker who broke the front visor and front mudguard claiming the front brake cable broke which has never ever happened with me, when I checked found right side peg rubber and God knows what else was broken or is out of shape. The person is question had run away to his gaanv, it's easier right, break others vehicle and then run away. When I heard the story I couldn't believe it and after checking the vehicle, I was sure it didn't happen the way they described it. They charged me from replacing the parts as well A simple electrical issue, turned into service which should have been 1450/- which I paid in advance and then they pillage my bike and asked for 950/- extra without taking a shred of the ownership of the incident. This all happened as my guy (mechanic) of 14 years is out of town for few days. This is shows that the Ustad of the shop doesn't check the vehicle and neither does the final ride test. They give it away to newbie so training is done on ur vehicle. Apart from this, they kept the bike for night and one full day, still didn't do the service and washing but called for me to take the delivery of the bike which I should have done as atleast it would be safe then. For my bike back on the third day(not counting the evning I have them the bike) All and all, very unprofessional, unsafe and highly financially burdened sort of a service. Update - the owner just called me again and initially was trying to explain things again and when I said I got the bike and pid, end of story, his tone changed and become harsher, thereafter I didn't indulge in more talks and the call ended. I was thinking Abt this whole incident, can it happen to any customer and shop, for sure. I liked the Ustad that as a good manager he defended his guy, what I didn't like his tone when I presented my observation and didn't agree tot he story. Though it seemed he dis agree he should take the test rides. Owner has his owner ego and doesn't stay on the shop, hopefully he will learn and mellow down, may even learn a thing or two how to handle such situations and customers. This can happen to anyone anytime, it all boils down to how you handle it and they failed at it miserably. Mechanics seemed good and ,I amy go in an emergency but will not believe them for my bike over my life and anything will happen, will happen infornt of me.

Experience - 3 times. 1. Clutch wire change 2. Front tyre replaced. 3. General servicing. Bike - Suzuki Intruder 150cc I would like to say the owner was very friendly 1st 2 times. We had conversations on both occasions. I felt like he was like a friend. Humble nature, shared experiences. Felt good energy. Hence I went there 3rd time in hopes of a good service and good bike knowledge. To my surprise bike was better before the servicing. I didn't like the work. Bike was rough, clutch was not working good. Felt like driving a very old rugged bike. I maintained my bike decently. Everytime after servicing it felt very smooth like driving clouds. But this time it was opposite. When I confronted Mr. Madhu about this he started sounding very rude. I confronted regarding the bad service and hence I wouldn't pay 950 for general servicing which wasn't done properly. Max I would do is 700 which is justified. But he suddenly made it sound like I am confronting him only because of money. Rather than acknowledging the bad workmanship he shouted. I really thought this was a good service shop. Learnt a lesson today. I paid 900/- but I would be sure not to go there again. 1 customer lost is not a big deal for them but that is all I can do. Hope you succeed more in life Mr. Madhu. I would give 1 star but 2nd star is for the friendship I thought we had.
