Poor quality service. I paid for DTDC plus but fraudulently I was provided DTDC blue service. Also, the consignment was not despatched the same day. Please be careful when you book your courier here. Please following things in mind: The customer slip should have date on it. Ask for breakup of the charges. The service provider may quote you any amount and you have no idea how to check it up. You can confirm the rate from DTDC app. So I found on the app charge should be 300 for premium service from pincode 122503 to 400088, but I was charged 400 rupees. Please be careful and use India post. Also you can see only positive reviews are there, so that means these are not genuine reviews.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR IS RECOMMENDED VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DIRECTLY REFUSE THAT OUR PARCEL IS CANT BE DELIVERED AT YOUR LOCATION WHERE IS THAT IS ONLY 5-6KMS FAR AWAY FROM THEIR LOCATION IDK WHY THEY ARE EVEN ACCEPTING PARCELS IF THEY CANT DELIVERED IT.

My home is just 7 km from their Pataudi office and they denied to deliver the parcel to my home address. They said it doesn't come in our serviceable area. If my pincode doesn't come into your service area then why are you accepting the parcel at the source location and then denying the service after wasting so many days. Pathetic Service I must say. One star is more than enough.

One star is too much to give them for their service. I m only 3 km away from them and they have been keeping my package from 20 days to themselves and they have update that the package is delivered to me on official site of DTDC while I haven't received it nor I have any knowledge or whereabout of my package. I have been constantly calling and mailing the support team to provide the contact info of this Dev courier and after 18 days I have got it and contacted them. After that they have delivered it to me.

Even one star is too much for such inconvenience. They don't have service even within a 3-kilometer radius, and on top of that, they call and ask if you're coming or if they should return the order. Even then, when you go to their office, they return the order without updating the customer.
