Prices are to high. Almost double the market rate.

Never give delivery on time....very lazy person (Mr.Rakesh)

The highly unprofessional and rude guy at the store. They do not deliver on time as they commit and make lame excuses for the delay. They overcharge for their service, and the quality of their work is not exceptional as charged.

worst place.for 11 days kept lying to us and making us come multiple times for minor rafu of a saree and finally we took it back with no WORK done and gave to to another guy. I would Give zero starts if I could. Horrible liars, they lie with a straight face. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

They managed to damage a jacket of mine sent for dry cleaning. It had scratch/brush marks on delivery. The place was run by an elderly individual who has now sold/transferred the shop to another person. The previous gentleman would go through the clothes submitted and segregate items based on type of material. The new guy however just counts the number of items and adds it to a bunch and sends it over to someone who does the actual washing part. This may be why i think my jacket was damaged. It went through a cleaning process which wasn't suitable to the jacket material. Mistakes do happen. So make sure to put in a word to the guy while submitting the clothes, to ensure no damage to the clothing, and pray they have this in the back of their mind when they send it over to the people who work on it.
