All reviews are true. I wen there and they asked 400 for 3 papers A4 size to sent courier to Agra. After that I am checking reviews here. 5 years reviews also there and DTDC not taking any action. Very bad service and staff. Don't go there .

The person picking up calls doesn't know how to talk to anyone. They don't know how to speak to customers who are paying them and not asking them to courier anything for free.

Hi, I had a terrible experience with this courier agent. The owner of courier services don't have manners how to deal with customers. I went there to send a single page courier weighting less then 10gm. When I asked about charges he told me 150. When asked about why such an higher charges in comparison to other he started shouting. It was totally unexpected behavior. I didn't send my courier through him. Also in past I sent some marriage cards through him, which also didn't reached the destination. I request all the people who want to send courier please don't send ur courier through this agent. He don't have manners nor his service is good. I just don't want anyone in future to face such humiliation and disrespect. Thank you

Worst experience ever, charged me 3 times the actual charges for a regular delivery, please visit other outlets nearby or better yet, use the online DTDC app. But sincerely avoid this particular branch. The manager, Mr. Atul Khandelwal has an extremely rude and unprofessional demeanor, he is very argumentative regarding his unreasonable prices and doesn't treat his customers with respect or even decency. Absolutely disastrous branch, please please avoid at all measures.

The owner Mr Khandelwal is a great guy. I had to send cancer medicines in urgency and he endured it reached on time. Very rare gesture!
