Pathetic service and the most useless courier branch ever! The staff at Professional Courier, Bangalore South, have zero manners and no sense of responsibility. My parcel was delayed for days, and when I asked for updates, they were rude, careless, and had no clue where it was. They don’t pick calls, don’t respond properly, and treat customers as if they are doing us a favor. This place is a complete scam — unreliable, unprofessional, and a total waste of time and money. Never trust them with your parcel!

i send one courier Bangalore south area before 10 days. Still Now No respond. i complain via customer care. But They Closed that ticket. i cannot answer my client. Where is my Parcel...?

Pathetic attitude of the delivery guy from south courier , I stay in a gated society and the delivery guy asked me to come to the gate of not he will take the package back, when the delivery clearly stated door to door, tried calling the online number who never cares to pick up the call - order ID - HBL14313983

The delivery person reached the security gate and wanted me - an 84 yrs old- to collect the package. As I am very old and unable to walk or carry, I requested him to make Door Delivery. But the delivery person preferred to take the package back undelivered. See the lethargic attitude of PROFESSIONAL COURIER delivery person. Mr. Suresh Manager is unavailable in his Telephone & Mobile. None of the Professional Courier officials are available to contact including Head Office and their HO customer service says they are vendors and unable to help. This is the service of PROFESSIONAL COURIER.
