I have availed Bubblewash laundry service and here is listing the reasons that make their service pathetic : a) No fixed price While taking orders, Bubblewash quotes reasonable price. During delivery, their price change. b) No weighing machine Though offering a per kg rate basis laundry service, their pickup guy forgets to get weighing machine. c) No value for money Their delivery personnel keeps pestering and waiting for return of their packet bag against a bill amount of 600INR. d) Punctuality They do not offer timely delivery. e) Service rating Their customer care team is not polite and warm.
Went here through one of my contact. I must say the service is too good. I am totally impressed with their work culture. Pricing, delivery timing, customer interaction - they're taking care of each & every aspect of a business properly.
