Very good dry cleaning service in model town Rewari and store manager Vishal is very help full
The service is fine, but they don’t do pickups Nor delivery, min amount for pickup is 300 for Tumbledry but they ask for 500rs, too many times I asked for delivery even my min order was 500rs, still they couldn’t deliver cause as per them delivery partner is never available.
I recently went to tumbledry store in model town Rewari, gave my shirt for dry clean and the results were very good with there impressive packing like a new shirt. Very good service must try.
First they gave very good experience but with time, they are downgrading their services. No proper packaging, no proper delivery commitment. Looks like they get services done from local.
Worst experience I got my 3-4 outfit dry cleaned and they completely ruined almost all of them. One of my outfit even has tiny holes everywhere which was brand new and was worn just once. I called customer care and raised a complaint they asked me to wait for 10 mins saying they will call back and its been 15 days nobody has called back. Worst service.
