Worst service. Really over priced as compared to actual charges of DHL. They even don't book courier directly so looks like this is not authorized franchisee of DHL. They will take your parcel and give you cash voucher of payment. DHL doesn't work like that. They charged Rs. 2300 from us and didn't give us invoice. Then they sent the courier for Rs. 925 from DHL. They are not authorized franchisee.

Mr Paresh helped us in fast delivery of our documents. We really appreciate all the hard work he does for customer satisfaction

Very unprofessional. And very bad service. Will never have my parcel send from here again. Not responsive also. Doesnot give even proper receipt and not even tracking number.

" Horrible Service " - 'DHL' you should take care of this kind of agencies. They make false promises, so beware before sending any parcel/shipment to foreign country - over priced charges and very bad service. I am outside of India, my family want to send some important things to me (including some fragile substances as well ). These guys operating also as - 'Kunal Appliances' offered my family home pick up service. They took all belongings of a parcel from my home and assure my family that they will repack all substances properly with proper care. But, in reality they just dump everything in a box without warping anything. At the end what i got was total mess - all fragile items were broken, small packets were torn, nothing was in a proper shape. Now, they don't want to take any responsibility . My advice to people- Don't go to these guys for over priced services, use your local courier agencies - they will provide you good quality service with cheaper price. DHL - you should take strict action against these guys, they are really destroying DHL's brand value.
