Very poor experience. I have already placed an order for something at this store and when I tried calling them to check if the item is available at the store now. But they never picked up the phone call without checking as if who is calling: it's customer or a spam call. Seems to busy making money & no time to attend the phone call. 06/08/2021: New updated Review They are worst. They even don't deserve a Single star rating. The Owner has given his contact number to call & assured me of best services. So, I called them may a times, they are always busy or out of the shop. Till now they have not given me a clear status on the availablity of the particular item I had placed an order with them.

One Stop Shop!!!! I must say they have got everything you need in household and cosmetics. Its a 3 floor shop selling cosmetics, toys, under garments, gift items, crockery and lots of other stuff. Staff is very cooperative, genuine price and one stop shop for all your needs.

We bought about 15 pieces of water bottles...for a birthday party and had already talked about returning a few in case the guests weren't in expected numbers...however when we reached the shop to return the unused pieces ..the girl at the reception started giving absurd reasons for not being able to return these..saying 'we dont return on Tuesdays...Sir is in a meeting' etc...this is an acceptable behavior given that we bought stuff for about Rs 7000...just 2 days back ...such shopkeepers exist to extract hard earned money of public by shrewd means...we even requested the reception girl to talk to owner some time later and inform us ...but she didn't agree to this also.
