I have visited the Shiv ratan Hospital for treatment of my wife for Dengue with Pregnancy. It was a great experience ,Dr Shiv ratan sir is very nice person,his way of treatment is so impressive ,he has a lot of experience and also he talks so politely ,all Staffs are well manner and has good knowledge of his field .
Very intelligent doctor. Trained staff. I got admitted there 2 years back. Very neat and clean rooms and washroom. The treatment was also not very costly. The same facilities at Gurgaon hospitals costs 10 times more.
Telling lies for patients create fear and make many . Worst experience don't visit in this hospital. Too much expensive alao.
worst experience - No timings of doctor, illeterater staff, only waiting for doctor coming and telling lie to patients Totally wastage of Time and money.
Worst service..totally wastage of time and money…No time of OPD… Patients were waiting from 9:30 AM but Doctor came at 1 PM. The reception staff were kept saying doctor will come after 10-15 mins every time. Please call or confirm timings before reaching the hospital.
