The store has a nice variety of pens and stationery, but the service is very disappointing. There are too many sales people behind the counter, yet they spend more time chit-chatting with each other instead of attending to customers. I have shopped here multiple times, but during my recent visit, I asked for a discount since I was purchasing multiple items. One sales person rudely said “nahi milega.” When I said there was no need to be rude, the main person at the cashier table said, “lena hai toh lo, timepass mat karo.” That was enough for me, I left immediately and will never return.
