Pathetic service. They never pick up your call, just thinking, what if the person is in real emergency and these people don't attend the call. For the name sake these agencies are there but no actual assistant is given to people. HP Gas really doesn't check who they give there distribution licence to.

Worst gas agency ever. Staff is ridiculous. Had a leaking gas. They said will send the person but they did not send anybody. We had to make some arrangements by calling up another agency for help. Thankfully they agreed to send the person on humanitarian basis. Abstain yourself from such agencies. Worst service. Worst staff. Even worst consumer helpline.
