Currently there is construction going on. Due to which this place is very suffocated. Also it doesn't have good connectivity from road so can take time to reach this location. If you are travelling from Ballabhgarh station then you should plan your travel atleast 1 hour with buffer.
This booking office is placed on main ballbhgarh Railway station on the national highway side.it is open In office hours.you can get reservations there for the Indian railways trains.reservation forms is also available there.it is not a big reservation counter only 2 systems available there.thats why there are so much if crowd sometime but you can get reservations here.you can also get the local trains or express trains tickets for here.railway is working hard for the New looks of booking offices but cleaness sometime a issue there but all and all railways work is quite good.
Not too busy... Maximum windows are always close, and the environment is always dirty Like no one here knows cleanliness .
