Shop owner is Extremely rude and cheats customers. We purchased AC with which installation was free. At the time of purchase we were told buying brackets is optional if we have our own, but at time of installation the owner said if we dont buy and use their brackets, they will not install. Had to forcefully buy a bracket for Rs750 even though we had our own. Once the full payment is made shop owner is extremely rude and will go back on his word.

This is my third AC purchase from them and I am extremely happy to share that I booked it on phone and they committed me installation in 4 days however they not only delivered it today but got it installed as well .. unexpected professional commitment in this hot summmer .., best wishes

They are not truthful about thier delivery. They will tell you they can deliver but they will make up stories. Don't buy from here. Not good experience. Reply Yes but you lied to me about the delivery and I had to spend 500 rupees to come to your store. On the phone you said you can give the ac but when I came you said you cannot guarantee. Please don't lie to customers. Extremely unethical behavior

They are extremely unprofessional... Our experience was the worst one... We had purchased one AC from there, and when it came out the outer unit was looking like that it was there in some water and when we opened the packaging then it was partially damaged and we were forced to install that... Requesting for several times also they didn't turn up to our problem and the shop owner argued with a rude behavior...

Bought Daikin AC from Rounek Electronics...Satisfied with the entire servic from purchase to installation....
