Third class service they use to sell the cylinder to the local shops...every body knew this scenario
I went there to apply only for a new gas connection to which they firmly insisted on buying a whole new set of gas stoves and other items (which I already have). That is a bit of negative behaviour on their end as I asked only for new connection to which they kept tongue-tied and didn't even tell me the cost for new connection. The only information I gathered was to bring four passport sized photographs and photocopy of Aadhaar card for local address proof. On the other hand, registered lease agreement is also required if the place of residence is not the local one.
They will ask you to wait even after 15 days of booking. Third class distributor.
