Selling unwanted products forcefully to innocent people And when we go to return it, they make false accusations and refuse to take the product back. Worst service team.

The staff members were rude and did not know how to talk to customers respectfully.

I had a fantastic experience at Store. The store is beautifully organized, with a wide range of skincare, makeup, and haircare products from top brands. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable they guided me to the right products based on my skin type and preferences. I especially loved the tester availability and how hygienic everything was. Prices were reasonable, and they even had some great discounts. Will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommended for anyone who loves quality beauty products♥️

This is the worst beauty center. The staff are extremely rude and have no manners. They also speak to customers very disrespectfully. On top of that, they charge higher prices for every product compared to other stores. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

I specifically asked the staff whether this nail glue was reliable because I had never used this brand before. The lady at the store assured me multiple times that there would be no issues, saying it had good hold and no complaints from customers. Based on her recommendation, I purchased and used it on my client for nail extensions. Unfortunately, the extensions started coming off within just 2–3 hours, and the glue did not even last a full day. This was extremely disappointing and also affected my work and professional reputation with my client. I expect honest guidance when buying professional products, especially when I clearly mention that I am using them for clients. Please do not mislead customers into purchasing products by giving false assurances without proper knowledge or testing.
