I had given him my Yamaha AVR for repair last year. He kept saying that he is fixing it and that there was some issue with the DSP. But even after repeated visits and calls he still has not been able to repair it. He keeps dogding calls and makes excuses. Finally he did not even return my AVR. Never go to this shop, he is a big time fraud.

One of the best service centers in Kolkata! My Yamaha Blu-ray player had developed a fault, and the authorized Yamaha service center flatly refused to repair it, claiming the model was obsolete and parts were no longer available. Universal Service Center fixed the issue in just 15 minutes without replacing a single part. Simply magical! Impressed by their skill, I later took my retro Sony MHC-GZX33D music system to them and again, I was thoroughly satisfied. They also revived a 15-year-old Sony DVD player, which now runs flawlessly. The person Sanjay Da behind the repairs is not only talented but genuinely customer-focused. He always puts the customer’s interests first and delivers beyond expectations. Thanks a lot to Sanjay Da & Universal Service Center for repairing my Musical components flawlessly on the eve of World Music Day. Thank you very much for all your efforts. 💕

*HE IS A FRAUD PERSON.. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE* I had given my AV receiver for repair. MR. Sanjay, fixed it and charged me ₹3800, but it stopped working again within one week. Then I took it back to him, and he told me that no extra money would be needed and he would fix it again, but he charged me ₹1200. After that, it stopped working again within one month. I took it back once more, and then for the past one year, he has failed to repair it and returned it to me in an even worse condition. Point to be noted: During this one year, I contacted him many times. Every time he assured me that he would fix it, but he neither repaired it nor contacted me again.
