I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your service. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve started the conversation about all the material I need and till date I have not received all the material I asked for even tho the full amount has been paid.

Very good and fast service

So worst service, I had paid amount for some products, I said I will book rapido please send the products, he said that he will send but one day passed even though he doesn't sent and not answering the call and i asked for refund even though he is not answering

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience with Opera Chemicals. I had paid an advance for a product that was never dispatched. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no proper response ,only false promises of a refund on different times. After wasting so much time and energy, I had no option but to take legal action.(After which finally i got refund) This experience was not only financially draining but also mentally stressful. I strongly advise others to be cautious while dealing with them.

I had also experienced same thing before they take money for the materials and later they don't send material or refund the money. should take legal action against the shop. I am going to take strick action against them at any cost . further no customer will not suffer.
