Such a pathetic service! They need to close down the shop and need to learn how to interact with humans. Never going there!

Don’t know how to talk, have been waiting from 1hr still didn’t get the print out. Please don’t visit this place, it’s horrible

Worst Shop , I had never seen that type of shop at all, they are arguing with customers, they are telling one price before and another price after printing.

HORRIBLE STUFF DON’T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING PRONT OUT HERE. HE ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 30MINS WHEN I CAME BACK AFTER 50MINS HE SAID ABHI NIKALU KYA AUR 1HR LAGTA.. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. WORST EXPERIENCE.

I came to get about 10-12 A1 printouts for my sister who's an architecture student. Mind you, I have no idea of these paper sizes/measurement. I specifically told the workers here to print the file named "A1" as A1 print. It's clearly labelled A1 print. And even after printing, I asked the staff if it's A1, they clarified it's A1 print so I believed them. But TURNS OUT THEY WERE A2 AND NOT A1. I paid the amount charged for A1 prints but they gave A2 size prints which are cheaper. WHAT A SCAM!! I came back later to get the right prints and to point out this issue but the owner takes ZERO accountability when I pointed this out. Rather He was being disrespectful and very rude blaming it was my fault for "not knowing" the size and called me that giving feedback as "rubab". Even so, I still had to pay for the correct A1 re-prints. Many customers don't know these A0-A8 sizes, they don't own a print shop like you. WORST HUMAN and CUSTOMER SERVICE I have come across.
