It's one of the best places for any artist in the city! Been going here for almost 7 years.

You can find boxes & paper materials for food packaging or related to small business

Worst owner. Bad service. very disappointing

Absolutely horrendous service... The guy who works there thinks he is god. '0' customer service. I generally buy boxes in the 100's but I constantly launch new products, and there is a need for new boxes in different dimensions to fit my products in single and multiple packs. The owner was not in the store, and the guy working there (might be in his 50s) did not care to respond, and when asked for the box with specific dimension he said 'Everything is in the display, take what you want'. When I asked about the price in bulk, he was making faces, and the highlight was he refused to give GST bill stating that the overall value is less than 4K. Avoid this place, if you need respect and do there are many other stores where you can get better service and provide GST bills.

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The owner was on the phone for nearly 10 minutes and did not acknowledge or attend to customers properly. When I asked to see a sample piece or check the dimensions of a box, he refused and responded rudely, saying they do not deal with samples. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Customer service could definitely be improved.
