Purchased second hand AC from this retailer for 12000 Rs...It stopped working after 5 days, against which I tried to reach out to them for the service and they have been stalling it since last 40 -50 days. Its the worst experience that I have had with this retailer. Even till now they keep saying that the repair guy will come tomorrow but it never happened. They are not even ready to pay us back the money. I had to spend 7000 Rs more to repair which was pointless. When they were trying to sell the AC they begged us to trust them, in case of any breakdown, without giving us any warranty card. Please do not buy anything from here
