Very good Experience of shopping from this shop. My family members shopping form this shop from past 30 years.

Purchasing essential items from this store almost over two decades! So far counters were supervised by the elderly uncle and managed by his sons. They would be polite and show you items any times you asked and never in an unnecessary hurry. New generation is stepping in and so are the traditional experiences diminishing. Today had a very unwelcoming and not business like attitude by the new generation family staff I suppose. While scrolling and making a selection of one item from the box they displayed, commenting started that all items in one box are same. No choice or selection but more appalling is their attitude and non business way putting things forth. It appears they are from a start up now a fully established business and customer care has become their secondary preference which was first initially. Highly deterrent if such unwelcoming visits are in pipeline for future customers. With such an experience very unlikely to post photos. Try your turn. Your choice!

Ruined my dupatta border that I gave for stitching. Would not accept that they stitched it crooked. Very terrible service. Have been going here for years. Will never go back.
