Hello this is in reply to the rating I have given to Axis Bank Shakuntala Park , Kolkata , West Bengal.I had applied for an account closure on 20.11.2021 after a lot of hassle in the branch.Till now i have not received the balance amount, neither i have received any acknowledgement of the same via email or sms.This is not a kind of a service i expect from Axis Bank.The customer care number has no option for this particular information neither the app chat.Please do the needful.I will wait for your response and action. This is the message i have sent to your Facebook i.I will wai for the adequate action to be taken.If satisfied i will be happy to edit my rating. Hello, thank you for your quick response on this above matter but my problems are yet to be sorted out. Today my husband has gone to Axis Bank Thakurpukur Bazar to deposit the DD.The employee named Selvin Bhadrak had refused to take the DD and conveyed that I will have to give a declaration of not having any other account of my sons and he will send it to whosoever and after the approval of the so and so person I will have the mercy of getting my own transfered to my bank account.He also had no idea how much time the process will take and how many days I have to take leaves from my office to get this fixed . I now regret to even open your bank for the harrasment i am facing.

One employee named Ankita is very rude in her behaviour. All staff are good except her. She need to learn some basic talking manners.
