Locality is nibm so good locality.malls toilets r not so maintained... Giving 3 star for locality . It's a small mall having few shops.also some are available on rent I guess

Capital mall, a building containing shops for essentials required for both men and women. Boutique shop, Shoes shop ( Recently opened 70% discounted shop available on all shoes of international brand for ladies and gents - can see video in YouTube for details) , medicine & other shops. Good to visit with family and it is near to NIBM & Main kondhwa area. Little problem with cleanliness, Specially staircase and washrooms. Other things Okay.

It's located in Kondhwa Kausar Baugh area , it is considered as commercial complex, currently due to corona virus exceptional situation some of the offices and shops are closed, also the maintenance is the complex is in medium level, the rents are high compared to the area , you will find better options for rent or business because of the rent is high and the market is down these days, so if you are planning to rent a shop in capital i don not advice to rent it in this time, you may postpone the decision after corona virus lockdown.

Shahadah boutique has very gorgeous and very unique collection of trendy Indian wear.Mostly fully stictched,they have a good variety of party wear dresses. The quality is also great. I just felt the price is on a higher side. But for occasions like eid.. marriage or Engagement one can definitely spend some extra for the uniqueness of the dresses.

Not that big but fair enough place but need more focus on cleaning and keeping it clear
