I was travelling with my wife and and 1.6 yr baby and came across the most shameless travel agent and agency. Since the train was canceeled We Booked our ticket at 10pm for hyderabad Rs 3300 with boarding point near Saleem travels at 11pm but they did not comfirm any seat saying its too late and will offer lower seat in middle . Thereafter other guy came gave us other bus ticket saying earlier one not good andcharging 4700. I knew they are charging more we had no option other then to trust as I will travel at 11pm After reoeated failure at 11.30 they asked us to go to boarding point and kept us walking for 1 km , with no humanity as at night 12pm I am walking with my wife and a kid waiting at so cold weather for bus. No bus came they were giving all stories and finally bus came at 12.30 pm. This person shall be booked and kept in jail for all the thug they did. I will def file a police case for the harassment they did .

Worst Experience – Total Scam Do NOT book here. Auto drivers near Majestic Railway Station force passengers to book with Saleem Travels for commission and lie to you. We were told the bus would arrive at 8:30 PM, but it came at 10:30 PM. The bus was very old, poorly maintained, and felt unsafe. No proper management, no punctuality, and complete misguidance. This is a scam setup with auto drivers. Avoid this agency at all costs. Government should take strict action against such fraud.

When you reach saleem travels you are approached by them very well after you got your tickets you will be cheated by them they are cheating you using the bus timings. When they say the bus arrival time is 1000 hrs then the bus actually arrives your location at 1800 hrs. This type of business services available here. So I request you to never trust saleem travels.

professional trickster. He must have a commission scheme with Autorickshaw drivers dropping people from bus stand saying bus is ready. Charged 3x the ticket supposed to be.. Booked me 5am bus saying it’s at 3am. They claim no cancellation. Lost time and money. Never book.

These people are not at all professionals They try to book the ticket without giving much time to think and no cancellation policy and no refund. They don't know how to Talk to customer and have rude behaviour. Sharanu (Less height guy) and other is black guy who generally books the ticket. However, Vehicle was good But they didn't gave me the ticket to me. They just given me the receipt of 1850 and before boarding the bus they took it from me.
