Despite having one of the biggest book shops and that too at a prime location, they fail to attract might the amount of crowd they should get. Sometimes they keep you waiting for nothing..and they show like doing you a favor while they listen to you. They just want to sell expensive books no matter how many students ask for standard price books and 5 year papers. I visit they only as the last resort.

You get all type of books at appropriate cost. I purchase many the price is best compared to others shops. Even if some books are not there you can ask them which book you want then they ask the dealer for book ( I said for some books and I got same at evening time).

Extremely disappointed with this shop! I went there to buy a book, but the shopkeeper refused to sell it to me just because he thought I might buy only one and get the rest printed or buy from somewhere else. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and purely driven by selfish profit motives. As a customer, I feel disrespected and cheated. I’ll never visit this shop again and won’t recommend it to anyone. Very unprofessional. Rajat Gupta the owner of this shop is very rude and he doesn't have the sense to talk to his customer at all..... Terrible experience 👎👎👎👎👎
