The bag is damaged within a month. My daughter is a soft user but still it is gone. I thought it is a branded shop and quality would be good but it is horrible. Please look at photos. Either i got a fake bag from this shop or the company has very poor standards. I believe there is some warranty but not sure they cover such thing. First time i see such a poor bag. I wasted 1k bucks. Dont get tempted by the colors and the location of the shop as it is in mall. July30: i dint get any response from company. Neither they cover warranty or not. So literally no support. Unfortunate, here nobody is there to help an avg customer.

Having many collections of bags and more n more kids accessories

Products are good . One of the worst manager who will not allow to touch and feel the product . We were looking for school bag and the staff behaviour is worst. He treats customer as if we spoil and steal the product. . Kindly take action or you’ll loose sales .( Marina mall branch ) .
