Very Disappointed with the Service! I purchased a water purifier from Ankur Electronics, Sector 104, but they gave me an invoice and contact details from another branch. They promised next-day delivery and installation, but even after waiting, nothing was delivered. I also don’t have any valid number to contact them, which makes the experience even worse. Very unprofessional and irresponsible service — I would not recommend Ankur Electronics to anyone until they improve their communication and customer support.

Scam alert! I recently purchased a daikin ac and had a terrible experience with Ankur Electricals. I was attended by Shanti Samo, who assured me that AC installation would be completely free. The only exception she mentioned was if extra copper wire was required—but in my case, I didn’t even need it. Yet, when the technicians came, they started charging me for every single thing and noted that we’ve been fooled by the retailer. These were classic hidden charges, not disclosed earlier, and it felt like they were just finding new ways to squeeze out money. When I confronted Shanti about it, she backed out from all her promises and began lying instead of accepting responsibility. I then spoke with her senior Preeti, but her response was even worse. She casually mocked the situation by saying things like “rickshaw pe leke aa rha hai item, rocket nhi hai”. This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Adding to the frustration, their internal communication is pathetic. The installation team arrived far too early and just sat waiting pointlessly because the AC hadn’t even been delivered yet. No coordination, constant misinformation, and a complete disregard for my time. They simply blamed me and said that it was my responsibility to coordinate with the delivery guy, installation team and the backend team. This company thrives on hidden charges and false promises. They will push you to a point where you actually feel helpless. Truly unprofessional, misleading, and insensitive. I would never recommend Ankur Electricals to anyone—stay away if you value your money and peace.
