I had a really good experience with the customer service at the store. I was specifically looking for a copper zari dhoti and shirt combo. Although they didn’t have it in stock at their location, the staff contacted a nearby Ramraj store, arranged to collect the item, and kept it ready for us. I truly appreciated their effort and dedication. They were also very patient in showing us the available collections, taking the time to explain the options without any rush. Overall, they provided excellent service and made the shopping experience smooth and pleasant

Apart from traditional dhotis, readymade linen shirts & cut to size linen cloths are available. Purchased their each one premium towels including bamboo towels. All the towels are good in size and soft touch. Bamboo towels are smooth, defaultly large and absorbs water better. Muslin swaddle clothes for babies are available. These muslin are better than ones in firstcry. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Parking available.
