I have been a customer of this shop in the Kamla Nagar area for nearly 15 years. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and concerning. Within the last six months, I found rat droppings in the Besan Laddoo not once, but twice. After the first incident, I chose to give them another chance, hoping it was an isolated case. Sadly, it happened again. This raises serious concerns about the hygiene standards and cleanliness of their kitchen and food preparation areas. Considering that these are food items people consume regularly, such negligence is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others. Food safety and cleanliness should always be a top priority.
