Great place to buy sweets. One of the most crowdiest place when you go during festivals and specific occasions like Diwali still well managed by staff so there is no panic among customer.

Since childhood, I have been a fan of the sweets from Bhogilal Ashram Road. Their Kesar Peda, Live Mohanthal and Kaju Katli are some of my favorites. After 7 years away from the city, one of the first things I did was revisit this location to try their delicious treats again. While they had increased the sweetness which kicked me off at first sight, I still love their sweets nonetheless. Unfortunately though, their customer service could use some improvement as it doesn't feel quite like what it used to be in terms of appeal at its old locations. To take me back to that original experience with Bhogilal Mulchand's sweet shop would require improving customer service and decreasing a little bit on sweetness levels in these delectable desserts!

Kandoi Bhogilal Mulchand is the best sweet shop in the city. Top rated and trusted brand since many years. This is not a shop but a mega showroom of Indian sweets. With different sweets kept on shelf display like diamonds in a museum to choose from the best. This outlet is huge located exactly opposite the stadium in Navrangpura. Would recommend to try out Kesar Peda or Cashew nut sweets. Their quality is the best. The only negative thing is its pricing which is very expensive. Recommend only for special occasions otherwise not worth its super high price.

We have been their loyal customers since 2000 and we wanted to place order on stadium branch. For such a small request, I got their number from Google and called directly to ask if someone could pick up the sweets from their outlet. I even told them to wait just five minutes, as I would make the payment online right away. However, they flatly refused. Despite my repeated request, mentioning that the person would reach within minutes, the staff simply hung up the call and denied any support. This is exactly what happens when a business becomes a brand — they stop valuing their customers. Such arrogant behavior is unacceptable, and I’ve completely lost my trust in them.

ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதுவதற்கு மன்னிக்கவும் dt 22-03-25. Do Not Travel to Gujarat from March to July, the heat is very very very High. Heard this is the best and famous sweet shop in Gujarat. Decided to buy some sweets for people back home. The attitude of the staff was very rude and their body language was definitely not interested in selling anything, (this is common in any company or organisation that grows big and famous) and we agree that it was our mistake to choose this shop and enter into it to buy sweets. But the door man was simply awesome. Right from the moment to opening the door and welcoming us, he was not only so eager showing us the various products that were on display, but was willing to make the sale. As we were stepping out of the shop the doorman told us that since we are not from state, we should know that the shop is open half day on sunday's. We were thinking right man in the wrong job. Full marks to the doorman.
