All sweets have chemicals and colors added. I decided not to buy sweets from them due to adulteration in sweets. I have returned the sweets with adulteration due to unhealthy and unhygienic sweets. Very bad experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this Bikaner sweets outlet. The staff informed me that it is their rule not to provide tissue paper to customers — which is honestly shocking for a food establishment. Basic hygiene and customer comfort should never be treated as optional. On top of that, the attitude was dismissive, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about customer experience. What made it worse was the manager’s behavior. Instead of helping, he spoke rudely and acted like I was asking for something unreasonable. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Food is average. staff are courteous. manager on billing counter needs to learn how to talk to customer.
