I think this sweet shop is loosing it's quality day by day, today 27/01/2023 I found an insect on sweet called "Kacha-golla", it was bitten by me. Where is the hygiene??? Just look at the employees, sometimes they're using to fight in front of customers,with vulgar languages.. As a regular customer I'm disappointed with your service. Another example, last week I have bought 4nos of " Malai Patisaapta", they just poured his hand to the patisapta store.. Really it's very unhygienic & the insect?????? Who's the responsible for it.. I suggesting not to visit this sweet shop, until the owner making a decision to change his mind set up to continue a business.

New Sitola Mistanno Bhandar is a small sweet shop known for its good taste and variety of sweets, though prices are slightly higher than other local sweet shops. However, the overall experience can be challenging. There is no car parking and only limited space for bikes. The shop is always busy, but management feels disorganized, leading to long wait times. Staff often appear irritated while handling the large crowd, and you may need to call out your order multiple times before being attended by someone. Payment options are limited to cash and QR payments, as their swipe machine rarely works. The low ceiling and closely placed fans can be uncomfortable raising your hand too high might even be risky. There’s no washroom facility either. If you’re planning a quick sweet purchase, this may not be the best choice due to the congestion and delays, though the taste and range of sweets remain its strongest points.

Very noisy place... supply may run out. 3 stars as food is nice though dahi and rashgolas are not okay.

Shoking behaviour of staff They have no manners to talk to customer. Their sweet quality is good but this is not the least things to manage a business. Please give your workers proper manner first, then run the business. They ignoring the customers, the customer who reached first not getting attended first. After complaining to counter man , he said "ami to misti dina, onara e deben". What an answer, this is the condition of management, in front of me atleast 10 customers left the shop without sweets.

Good quality of sweet available here... it's located near Bagnan police station... Hygiene maintaining Staffs wear gloves and cap for servings Various quality sweets......
