Taste of sweets are not good. Range of sweets are also limited. They are taking premium prices for sweets but the taste doesn't even match local sweet shops. Just bought rasamalai and the after taste is bitter. You are in for a disappointment if you buy their products. Absolutely pathetic.

Only hot jalebis are good. Sweets aren't good. You get chocolates and stuff here

A very good collection and variety! Sweets aren't always fresh! Sometimes dry and, once got a milk based sweet which was not fresh.

Once the refund amount was wrong and less. Talked over phone and the sales person agreed to this mistake. After few days they refused to accept. I told to confirm over phone, they said when that particular person will be on duty then only they can confirm. Strange...Worst kind of response

The staff hired are pretty strange in behaviour. Disrespectful. I wonder if the owner/s are aware that they are being paid only to drive away customers. Any way the quality of food has never been exceptional, in peak of summer their yogurts go bad. They are only important on days when a no-onion no-garlic option is required. Very bad experience where I was not allowed to buy what I needed, kept waiting for too long, the staff knowing that a car cannot be kept parked near their outlet for too long with the police station nearby, but it seemed they were hardly interested to sell! One girl fidgetting with her mobile oblivious of a customer waiting patiently. Its very near my home but promise never to patronise them till they close shop!
