Upgrading the review as Nihal is also upgraded with new restaurant on first floor including roof top sitting. They have good ambiance and music at restaurant. Staff is very Humble and take care of all your needs. Again value for money place , good quality sweets, snakes and food available.

Worst experience ever!!!!👎🏻 Not recommended.. Such a pathetic restaurant. Staff behaviour is so rude. The food was just average. I have never had a sweet flavoured manchurian. We ordered chole bhature, chilly garlic noodles, vegetable manchurian and rava masala dosa. You can make the same dishes better at home. If you complain about the tasteless food in a polite tone, the staff will give you rude responses and show arrogance. I never recommend this place to anyone.

I had my baby's first b'day organised with the Nihal's sweets restaurants. It was a smooth experience, Manager Ganesh was really helpful. The food was tasty, the service was good. Cons: There was not sufficient lighting for the photos purpose.

It's my 3rd visit to the Restaurant, and every time we ordered Italian food, we got the reply sorry, we can't serve that. Drinks are good but food is ok ok and their serving time is very long. So the overall experience is ok.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant! The food was terrible – it tasted stale and old, as if it had been sitting out for days. The staff was incredibly rude and had the worst behavior I've ever encountered. Poor service, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. Not only was the food absolutely terrible – the pizza was undercooked and tasteless – but they refused to accept their mistake when we complained. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and showed zero respect towards customers. To make matters worse, the power kept going out repeatedly, and they served cake on low-quality disposable plates and spoons, which is ridiculous for a place that claims to be a fine dining restaurant. Pathetic service, terrible food, and a complete lack of quality standards. Avoid this place at all costs!
