I visited Anupam Sweet House in Sector 31 today, November 22, 2025. In total, I have been here about 3-4 times. While the quality of the sweets is very good, I have observed a concerning disparity in customer service. I noticed that some staff members tend to behave much more politely towards well-dressed or affluent-looking customers, while adopting a casual or dismissive attitude towards those with a simpler appearance. Please note that this does not apply to every staff member, but it is evident enough to affect the experience. I strongly urge the management/owner to issue strict instructions ensuring that every customer is treated with equal respect and courtesy, regardless of their attire or appearance. Professionalism should be standard for everyone.
The food was good overall, but the Dhokla tasted 2–3 days old. When we informed the staff, they did not replace it and instead gave excuses. The staff behaviour was also disappointing and unprofessional. However, the other food items were tasty.
Have visited this place atleast 50 times in the last 2 years. Everytime experience was quite ok and good. But today the quality of food was just too poor. Maybe because of large number of guests or whatever the reason may be. The food seemed tasteless. One of the waiters even suggested adding salt to the shahi pulao when I told him that it was tasteless. Though they changed it with veg pulao which was again too bland and seemed like hospital food. Even the malai kofta was badly prepared, the koftas seemed just fried and put in the gravy. No gravy penetrated the kofta, so everyone knows how a malai kofta should taste like. Very bad experience. Just the stuffed naan was good so you got the 2 stars.
Anupam Sweet House – Faridabad Anupam Sweet House is a delight for anyone with a sweet tooth. The courteous and considerate staff make you feel welcome from the moment you step in. They offer a huge variety of sweets — all well-organised and easy to browse. The taste? Absolutely lip-smacking, especially their chole bhature, which are a must-try. A great touch is that you can taste before buying, ensuring you get exactly what you like. The shop is neat, clean, and fly-free, with several cash counters for quick billing, so you’re never stuck in a long queue. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of great taste, cleanliness, and efficient service. Highly recommended!
Irresponsible and indifferent attitude of the management of Anupam Sector 31. Yesterday I ordered Masala Dosa, Pav Bhaji & Spring Rolls. Bhaji was watery like tomato soup. Spring rolls were full of oil, if you press them oil would drip and they had no taste. I called Anupam and they had absolutely no interest in listening & providing a solution. Both items appeared to be from some sarak chaap kiosk. Not interested in any refund, but just to let people know about the quality and service of this outlet.
