Very bad experience. Requested the person on counter to use polythene gloves for picking & packing sweets. He refused to do it. The owner showed his inability on this. I humbly requested to use some picking device as used for ice cubes. He bluntly refused it and started blaming govt. Cancelled order & left the shop.
