Went there for lunch tried there Rajma Rice Combo served with mint chuney & Sirka onion, taste was good & Also tried their Pav bhaji it was below average bhaji is too spicy overall experience is average

There was a time when their quality was so good but now it is so disappointing. It has happened 3-4 times that the good smelled, was raw, so we asked them to change and they did but this still Is very disappointing, today we ordered chilli mushroom and it felt like I was eating frozen food. The food does not feel fresh at all. I hope they work on their food quality again.

Today, I visited this restaurant with my family around 4:00 PM for dining, but the overall experience was very disappointing. After getting our seats, it took almost 30 minutes and multiple requests just to get tap water. Our starter order was served at 5:00 PM, which means we had to wait for almost an hour after arrival. When I raised a complaint with the manager about the delay, there was no proper response or sense of responsibility from the staff. The main course arrived around 5:25 PM — nearly 1 hour and 25 minutes after we came. Even then, chapatis were served 10 minutes later. The food itself was not up to the mark — too salty and seemed not freshly prepared. When I mentioned this to the manager, he gave an unacceptable excuse saying that "dal is cooked from outside", which clearly means it wasn’t fresh. To make things worse, when we asked for the bill, they handed it over without offering mouth fresheners or a finger bowl after the meal. The fan and AC were not working properly, making it uncomfortable to sit — it honestly felt more like a roadside dhaba than a proper family restaurant. Overall, this place offers high prices with poor service, low food quantity, and no management accountability. Definitely not recommended if you’re looking for a pleasant or timely dining experience.

I had a very disappointing and disrespectful experience at this restaurant. I ordered food for three people, and I also had a small lunch box with me. When I opened it, the manager, Sushil, spoke very rudely and told me to close it immediately, without any polite explanation. What was even more shocking was his attitude—he said, “Jahan complain karna hai karo, mere upar koi nahi hai,” which clearly shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. This kind of behavior towards customers is completely unacceptable. Customer service should be respectful and professional, but this experience ruined our visit. I hope the restaurant management takes this seriously and ensures their staff treat customers with basic courtesy.

I am giving 5 stars rating… i dont Know why people rated it 1 or 2 even on the basis of food taste & quality. Let me clear few things: -Taste: Outstanding better than haldirams Packaging: Literally premium & easy to dispose I ordered few items from here attaching some shots
