Sarin Farm Society is one of the quieter and more peaceful residential options in Noida. It has a good layout, decent construction quality, and provides a comfortable living experience for families. The society itself is well-maintained, and basic facilities like water supply, electricity, and cleanliness are taken care of decently. The rent and property rates here are also fairly reasonable compared to other developed sectors of Noida, which makes it a good value-for-money option for many. The roads within the society are wide and in good condition, which is a big plus. However, a common issue is that many residents park their vehicles on the roads instead of inside designated spots. This causes unnecessary congestion and makes it difficult for other vehicles, especially larger ones, to move around freely. Another point worth noting is that Sarin Farm is located quite far from the major hubs and commercial areas of Noida. So if you are someone who needs regular access to markets, malls, or metro stations, then daily travel might become a little tiring or time-consuming. Public transport connectivity is also a bit limited. Overall, it’s a good society for peaceful living, but better parking discipline and improved connectivity would make it much better.

Beautiful location. Lots of greenary. Newly constructed flats and good road condition. Though ,it's a little remote from main city , but peaceful place.

It is ok, there is no no big park, no temple, on road parking, no mutation for sold out plots Gold bucks pvt ltd. who is selling plot here is not putting efforts for property mutation. There is some paper work needed from original owner side after that authorities can update mutation. But company and owner is not taking it serious because they sold it. Now they are selling 3rd phase and nothing (roads, electricity, water, plot mutation) is completed in 2nd phase. Keep in mind these points before buying property.

Inside the society, there is a park where you can go for a morning walk, and it’s also a great place for children to play. The society has a dedicated badminton court, which is available for both boys and girls, adding to the recreational options. The roads are neat, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to move around. Parking is generally convenient, as you can park your vehicle anywhere within the society. However, there can be a bit of a rush with cars, especially during peak times. The only downside I’ve noticed is that some plots are still under construction, which leads to some dust in the area. This can be a bit bothersome, but overall, it's a great place to live.
