Worst shop i ever seen not proper answer i ordered sail and they responded very badly don't buy from this shop

Owner is very rude..Doesn’t know how to talk to customers over phone. He is loosing business because of his bad attitude

Zero Rated Shop. Kindly don't visit here. Don't know how to speak to customer. Very Rude. Thinking he is the only supplier in Chennai. Worst Behaviour. I am a very soft person but raised my temper in the first option. Negative ratings should be provided -5*

They are not interested in speaking with customers. When we ask about the TMT rates, they simply show the advertisement pamphlet and do not handle the customer properly. The staff should first answer whatever questions the customer has. This is not a small ₹1,000 transaction — it involves lakhs of rupees, so customers naturally expect proper clarification and service. It seems like they may be more focused on large contractors and are not interested in individual home builders. If that is the case, it would be better to clearly mention in front of the shop that they only deal with high-end customers and big construction projects, and do not cater to individual home builders. We respect your shop and made the effort to visit, but unfortunately, we did not receive the same respect in return.
