Best place to shop for bathroom fittings, all good brands at best prices. Shop owners Satish and Nitin are very accommodating and give great advice.

Good variety and prices for sanitary ware items. Purchased Varmora, Jaguar, Grohe and varquoa items. All are of good quality and price.

It is nice place for bathroom fittings.but display space is really very less.parking of four wheeler is one issue. Otherwise it is ok.

I recently visited Shagun Sanitaryware at Sector 5, hoping to make some purchases for my home renovation. While the store had a decent collection, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the employees. From the moment I started asking questions about the products, the employee’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of providing clear information or guiding me through the options, they seemed irritated by even the most basic inquiries. When I raised a few concerns about product durability and pricing, rather than addressing them professionally, the employee became defensive and even borderline rude. It was evident that they lacked the soft skills necessary for customer interaction. Handling objections and answering customer queries is a basic expectation in any retail setting, especially in a specialized store like this. However, the staff member I interacted with showed no patience or willingness to engage in a meaningful discussion. Instead of assisting me in making an informed decision, their condescending attitude made it clear that my presence was an inconvenience. The only saving grace of this visit was the owner, who stepped in and genuinely asked for feedback. He seemed polite and willing to listen, which I appreciated. However, by that time, my experience had already soured, and I decided to leave without making a purchase. Shagun Sanitaryware could definitely benefit from proper staff training in customer service and communication. A good product range means little if the in-store experience is frustrating and unwelcoming. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues because, with better-trained employees, this store has the potential to do well. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects professional and courteous service.
