Very Bad Service Provider No Support From Staff.........They provide another seat also not provide your booked seat this incident happened by me so it's a genuine review.......No Staff provide support on my problem.......

Poor seats, smell in bus, all broken glasses, wet seats, bad staff behaviour false commitment, delay pickup, stopping every where, loading much more passaangr than seats available. Delay drop. DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS.

I would like to share my parents experience travelling on 24.10.2023 Very unprofessional experience from the bus operator. The passengers were senior citizens the bus operator deborded in Kanpur 2 hrs before the destination to board in next bus for the remaining Journey At the middle of the journey it may be difficult for the passengers traveling single female/ Senior Citizen to deboard all the luggage and board it again to reach destination This happened early in the morning when the passengers were in deep sleep since they planned to get up at their scheduled destination/ Time If such a case exists please inform the passengers before booking itself so as planned in a better manner

Worst service. First it came after 1 hour. And there was no space for luggage. We have to keep the trolley bags on seats. We couldn't slept whole night due to less space. Bus staff carry other courier luggage for sake of money.
