⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience with Ashray Travels I had booked my ticket well in advance, but on the same day of travel, Ashray Travels cancelled my booking without providing any proper alternative arrangement. Instead of arranging passengers on another bus, they simply cancelled the service and left us to find transportation on our own at the last moment. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The customer support experience was even worse. The person on the call was extremely unprofessional and spoke very rudely. When I asked for a solution, I was told things like: * “We called you, you should have picked up the call.” * “Go check online, there are many buses.” This is not the kind of response a customer expects after paying and booking in advance. The most shocking part was that one of their representatives even said, “Come to Swargate, Pune. I’ll see you.” I found this statement inappropriate and threatening rather than helpful. No customer should be spoken to in such a manner. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had. Poor customer service, no responsibility towards passengers, and unprofessional behavior. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Ashray Travels.

Poor experience with bus and staff of company. In middle of the week i paid almost 13000 for 6 tickets to Goa. Now this multi axle bus was in very poor condition. As per the name and more charges they have for multi axle bus , bus should have been comfortable. AC was not working at all . In fact the engine heat was getting inside. Also due to AC vent was not working , moved to other empty seat but bus driver and helper did not allow it so they could pick up some traveller and fill their pockets . Very poor experience this time . I suggest zingbus instead.

Excellent Service by ASHRAY. One time service. The bus driver and the conductor were excellent and humble. I had an excellent journey and excellent sleep from Pune to goa and the bus was excellent Volvo bus

Ashray Travels gave me the best travel experience! Their non-AC bus had all the AC facilities, and it was cheaper with the best stop restaurant.

Terrible experience with Ashray bus. Was waiting near Land Rover showroom(Pune) for the 9:50 PM return bus(Goa). Stood there since 9:30 PM. Till now the bus has not arrived and no one from Ashray is answering calls. 3rd class service. No communication, no accountability, and passengers left stranded at night. Do NOT book with them if you don't want to waste your time standing on the street.
